Accovod release history for macOS, Windows and iPhone — automatic updates, cloud groups, AI agents and MCP, fingerprint protection, the cookie editor and Automator.

Accovod v6.5.2

  • All at Once and Load When Selected modes: the pointing-hand cursor, hover effects and tooltips work again, and a file dragged onto a page now goes to that page.
  • Downloads go through the profile's proxy and use its cookies, so files behind a login download correctly. Accovod asks where to save each file; text files open in the tab, as in Safari.
  • Links to mail, phone calls and messengers (mailto:, tel:, Telegram, WhatsApp and others) open the matching app when you click them. Links Accovod can't open no longer replace the page with an error.
  • On macOS 15.3 and earlier, a link clicked inside a frame no longer replaces the whole page, and Back/Forward keep the page history.
  • Fixed freezes of several seconds that could happen every half hour with many open profiles: saving site data no longer wakes up every tab.
  • Less CPU use when the Mac is low on memory: in most profiles, background workers of sites like X, Instagram and WhatsApp no longer restart over and over, and their notifications keep working.
  • Quitting Accovod waits for cloud groups that are still uploading, so their latest changes are not lost.
  • If a profile's website data is deleted from disk (by hand or by a cleanup app), Accovod restores it from the profile's last saved copy instead of opening the profile logged out.
  • Notification counters come back on their own after a server error, without restarting Accovod.

Accovod v6.5.0

  • Automatic updates: new versions download in the background and install when you quit Accovod. Accovod → Check for Updates… checks right away.
  • Cloud groups open without freezing the window. A loading screen is shown while profiles download; if the download fails, you can try again or go back to the previous group.
  • Large groups open faster: Accovod no longer reads every font installed on the Mac for each profile. As in Safari, websites now see only the fonts that come with macOS.
  • Notification counters update when the tab title or the site's counter changes, instead of checking every tab every 30 seconds. Hidden profiles keep receiving new messages while notification checking is on.
  • More Privacy mode on macOS 15.4 and later: profiles with a Safari 26+ User-Agent use WebKit's built-in fingerprinting protection, as Safari 26 does — the screen matches the window, canvas and audio get Safari's own noise. Safari 17 and 18 profiles report the real screen, as those versions do.
  • Site data (localStorage) is saved when it changes, so a login made without reloading the page is kept. Opening a cloud group on another Mac restores site data more reliably.
  • Fixed rare cases where switching groups, deleting a group or quitting Accovod right after launch could lose profile data.
  • Security fixes in the sidebar and the Groups window.
  • The page loading bar uses the theme color, and the sidebar no longer flashes white at launch.

Accovod v6.4.0

  • Browser fingerprints match each profile’s language and time zone more closely — checked with CreepJS.
  • Cloudflare’s CAPTCHA passes even when a profile’s language differs from macOS.
  • The address bar suggests recent sites, relevant companies and search queries.
  • New sidebar animations, and page-loading progress is now visible.

Accovod v6.3

  • AI agents and MCP. Claude Code, Codex, Claude Desktop, Cursor and Windsurf can drive your profiles. The MCP server is built into the app; configs are copied from the Automation menu. See AI agents & API.
  • Local HTTP API for your own scripts — 40 methods.
  • Agent plaque in the profile list: see what the agent is doing and stop it with one button or ⇧ ⌘ ..
  • Asking for help: when the agent needs a CAPTCHA or an SMS code, it shows a panel and waits for you.
  • Themes: Light, Dark, Classic, Ocean, Forest, Ivory, Rose, Nord.
  • A redesigned profile form: a separate HTTP / SOCKS5 switch, proxy check with Fraud Score, a fingerprint ID.
