Sharing a group

A cloud group can be shared with another Accovod user. They see it in their own group list and work in the same accounts — same cookies, proxies and fingerprints. No account passwords change hands.

1. Open the Groups window (folder icon on the bottom bar).
2. Select a cloud group.
3. Under Share Group, enter your colleague’s email — the one they use to sign in to Accovod — and confirm.

The Access list shows who has access. To revoke it, remove the email from the list.

Note

Only cloud groups can be shared. Convert a local group first: pencil next to the group → Convert to Cloud Group. Sharing is available on paid plans.

Working in one group together

• Don’t open the same profile on two computers at the same time. The site sees two parallel sessions, and one computer’s cookie changes overwrite the other’s.
• Agree on who handles which profiles. Folders help.

Export and backups

macOS

Export in the Groups window saves every profile of the group to a text file. Each line holds site, name, proxy, User-Agent and cookies:

url;name;proxy:port:type:login:password;user-agent;cookies-json

It’s the same format as bulk import, so the file can be loaded back with Import.

Windows

Export in the Groups window opens the export dialog. Tick the fields you need — Site, Name, Login, Proxy, Useragent, Cookies — and pick a format:

• txt — fields separated by colons, one line per profile;
• csv — a table separated by ; that opens in Excel and Google Sheets.

Export is available on paid plans.

Backup in the same window holds backups of a local group. Accovod keeps several recent versions of the group on its own. Pick one and click Restore: it comes back as a new group, and the current one stays untouched.

An export file is the keys to your accounts

It holds live cookies and proxy passwords. Don’t send it through messengers or keep it in shared folders. An encrypted archive or a password manager is best.

Moving to another computer

Cloud groups don’t need moving: sign in to Accovod on the new computer with the same account and they appear in the list.

Local groups move like this:

macOS

1. On the old Mac: Groups → select the group → Export.
2. On the new Mac, create a group (New) and open it.
3. New Profile → Import → pick the file.

The profiles get new fingerprints: the file carries site, proxy, User-Agent and cookies, while Canvas, audio and screen values are generated again. Logins are kept thanks to the cookies.

Windows

On Windows, local groups are kept in the cef\sessions folder next to Accovod.exe.

1. Install Accovod on the new computer and run it once.
2. Close Accovod on both computers.
3. Copy the cef\sessions folder from the old computer into the same folder on the new one — via a USB drive or an archive, for example.
4. Start Accovod on the new computer. If the license is bound to the old computer, rebind it with Rebind on your account page.
